Finally i found my swimming kaki--Bao Hweiting
She is the only 1 who willing go swimming with me.
Since she from 48kg gained to 56kg,
When the time she work with me at guardian,IOI,
her supervisor said she became fatter as compared to the previous her
So,i guess this is the main reason why she wanna slim down
but that is good for me though
caused i wanted to slim down too,
finally i get a good partner can go swim and slim down together..^^v

i get addicted to this sport

i just bet wt my fren if i can successfully slim down in the next 3 month,my fren will belanja me to jogoya..
last time when i bought the weighting machine i was like about 51kg..
sooo FAT rite?????
