lately i had faced a problem which brought me to the insommia stage.i don't really know what happening.makes me insomnia for few days.lately i was slept around 5-6a.m and wake up around 3-4p.m.i realized the time gone so fast.the daily activity haven't stated,the day ad turned darkly.seriously i really dunno what's the problem.is that i thk too much b4 sleep??i got a fren taught me in tis way.
Step 1:clear my mind
Step 2:try not to thk anythg
Step 3:relax and sleep
Thx to you.but the brain wanted to thk is not under my control.but still thk to you taught me.hopefully i can sleep well every night.
